A Bit About Amer
Amer Al Fayadh is the Founder and CEO of Communication Essentials LLC where he leads the consultations and oversees other services.
After resettling in the United States in 2010, Amer worked for a nonprofit where he engaged with people from over 30 countries. He listened to their stories, learned about their challenges and witnessed the impact a community can make when we invest in one another. Amer believes that our differences are our strengths when we discover the ways to utilize our unique sets of skills and engage in open conversations throughout the community.
He is also Certified Healthcare Interpreter with over 15 years of experience in interpretation and translation, has a strong community and ethical focus, and believes supporting others is the best way to empower the community.
A Bit About Bruno
Bruno D. Cervera is the Operations Manager for Communication Essentials, as well as an active interpreter and translator.
Born in Mexico and having resettled to the United States in 2014, Bruno has a varied cultural and professional background that has allowed him to engage with diverse populations and communities.
Bruno has a bilingual academic, research and teaching background, as well as having worked with several different agencies and service providers in Lancaster and other surrounding areas, being familiar with public and private initiatives and programs that target and benefit from multicultural groups.
With a passion for all things linguistic, including transcreation, data gathering and consulting work, Bruno is proud to be part of a company that has such a strong ethical and community-based focus, as he truly believes that the best way to improve social problems is by helping people find a voice when they feel voiceless.
